Radical acceptance

 We cry, we laugh, we shout, we fight, we accept. There is that one point of time where all you have is to accept. Reality is that one thing where we somewhere accept. We can't stay aggressive and turn our pain into suffer. So at that point of time, we accept. The pain you go through, the stress you undergo somewhere have to be accepted some day. We somewhere use radical acceptance to minimize our sufferings. Down the line, we come to a point of pain vs. suffering. Pain is that process where it can be difficult on its own. Suffering turns when you don't accept the pain. At a point of time in our lives, everyone tends down to a point and accept things which are happening. When all of us tell our self's to deal with the challenges, that's something called radical acceptance. Though it might find offensive, but accepting negative situations can help us feel better. For example, a sad past, emotional stress. When you really can accept all of that happened and moved on. You
