Your presence may not be so special to someone, but you have your greatest present (it's you). That one person who you are very close to, or that person who plays a very vital role in your life may reject you or may make you feel sad at some point of your life. PREPARE, TACKLE, MOVE-ON are the basic things mentally strong ones do in each and every point of life. Spread love all over and expect nothing. When you expect nothing you will be prepare to face the situation like rejection.

Fear of getting rejected is the biggest loophole for success or for getting succeeded. When you overcome such kinds of fears it is probably the great start to your positive future. Success starts from failure so dig in your mistakes start working towards and aim for your positive state of mind. You are super successful by just the way you are and changing little by little makes a huge difference on your character, you peace of mind etc...To a fact that you can't make everyone happy around and accept the truth which clearly here. There are instances where you fall, you gain, you stand straight and then you  fall again. All of these are just few examples which make us deal with tackling. So, the better you tackle with, the better you rise. Make the moment worth it. Make yourself the better place where you can accept things you do. I understand you can't accept everything you do, but that is where you are tackling things.This is where you learn tackling. Everyday can't be happier, everything you do can't be joyful what is all you can make is move on after that and don't stick to it for long hours. That is where you try to move on. 

Okay, there is a simple trick that I follow. I just go to the mirror everyday, I will speak to my soul and that is my biggest medicine. I really do the same whenever I want to. Or I can suggest one more idea just sit with a peaceful book or just take a nap. I am my own healer. You can be too.

Get that mental peace and also physical health (imp these days).
